Finally I have tried Yo mama on sunday after my brunch in Flying Pan, and I would say it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I went to this store in ifc, definitely not the most convenient store around. The store's furnishing looks bright and happy with the colourful company logo and the signature cow around the shop. Yet it was too small to fit anyone in 2 tables may be, so everyone literally just stand around the area eating the froyo, not to mention the horrible rain that day.
Royce - Indulge in Nama Choco
Price: $
Cravingness: ★★★★★
Cravingness: ★★★★★
Recently I am in love with Royce's Nama Chocolate. I bought my first box of Mild Cacao awhile ago for my dad. I absolutely love it! Every bit was a tongue full of satisfaction ♥.
'Silky palate: melts in your mouth'
Just as Royce's description for its Nama Chocolate, it really does melt in your mouth. It has a truffle kind of texture but much softer. It has to be refrigerated and I just known it is best to eat it an hour after standing it in room temperature! I usually just have them right from the fridge. I dont think anyone would literally put a whole box out for an hour before having the chocolate right? And not to mention the wait.
Froyo Race Stop 3 ♥ Crumbs
Scones, LOVE SCONES. To be honest, despite my likeness of scones, I still haven't tried the scones in crumbs. Blame on the never ending dieting. Back to the topic, I was actually surprised by Crumbs' Froyo. I thought it would be Yogo-bad, i.e. soft texture, 0 sourness, as it kind of specializes in scones. Yet Crumb's Froyo gives a tarty texture, slightly more sweetness than sourness. Wide range of toppings to chose from. I tried Original Froyo with mango, blueberries and jello cubes in Large with 2 toppings inclusive($34). I was thinking about having raspberry(my favourite fruit) until I saw it is actually smashed raspberry paste. Generally like it.
Froyo Race Stop 2 ♥ Yogo Frozen Yogurt
NOT MY FAVORITE CHOICE
I discovered Yogo on my way to Burgerroom. I thought it was a bad location as it was near to my old school, yet it was so packed that we have no where to have our Froyo:(
Yogo might be the most interesting FroYo shop among all as they weight your yogurt in grams instead of setting sizes as small or large. Moreover, it should have the widest range of frozen yogurt and toppings of all shops. The shop interior gives you a feeling that you could squeeze whatever amount of Froyo you want from the machine yourself, but not, a bit disappointed. I have to say Yogo has excellent service, the staffs are nice and friendly.

Froyo Race Stop 1 Best Berry
As far as the race goes, I personally recommend Bestberry. Their original frozen yogurt tastes the best. The nicely double piped stacks of FroYo gives the best tart mouth feel and sourness. The sourness is the most appropriate amount the shops I tasted so far. Some shops kick the sourness away and I absolutely hate that.
For people who love fatty but delicious toppings Best Berry might not be the best choice for you, the dry toppings range I would say is limited but just has the most fruit choices among others.
