Hello my name is Nini. I am a hungry girl who was born in Hong Kong, I did most of my education here in Hong Kong and part of it in UK. How unfortunate I did not start my food journey when I was in UK, I was a poor student by then and most of the time I munched on baguette. Oh well, at least I tasted loads of breads during my years in UK.
I started my food blog on 3 Dec 2009. It was originally named "Cinnamon For Coffee" as I love to dip cinnamon sticks into my coffee. The name was changed to Food Craver on 25 March 2012 as I mostly address myself that way. Food Craver was first started as a food diary for myself to document all the delicacies that I savour. Now blogging becomes a part of my life and I hope to keep on sharing good food to all of you.
Both of my parents are Shanghainese and my mom makes excellent Shanghainese food. In recent future, I hope to share her recipes to all of you, and also for me to document her recipe of course =P!
