Blue Butcher Bar & Restaurant is the heaven for meat lovers. It is a great steakhouse located on Hollywood Road, Soho where it sources and offers the best virgin Japanese Wagyu to satisfy the diners' taste bud. Starting from 7 April 2014, Blue Butcher launches a monthly lunch burger specials and I went to try it out by invitation. After all who could resist the drooling thick cut of Mayura Wagyu Sirloin Patty on that burger!

Afternoon Tea is my soft spot. I love the elegant cake stand and lovely presentation of the meticulously prepared bite sizes cakes and sandwiches. Feast (Food by East) recently launched a new afternoon tea set inspired by Cath Kidston and Penney Pang, an award winning cake designer. Simply by the brand Cath Kidston, you could already imagine how floral and beautiful the tea set is gonna be! The afternoon set costs HKD228 for two and is available now daily until 18th May. Kumamon Bear! The extremely adorable Kumamon bear was present at Gonpachi today, as CEO Mr Paul Kwok decided to bring rare ingredients from the land of gourmet - Kumamoto. Hailing from the success of the previous Iwate fair, Gonpachi once again brings another region specialty to Hong Kong (and this time also bring along cute Kumamon bear, well done Gonapachi! LOL), that why I love Gonpachi.

Harlan Goldstein's Comfort - New Casual Dinning Experience!

I have a rather complex feelings on Harlan Goldstein's latest opening Comfort at where Strip House was once located. I mourn for the temporary closure of Strip House, but I am also elated to try a new casual dining experience created by Harlan! At Comfort, you do not need to care about the "smart casual" dress code or worry about the extravagance environment that urges you to behave. In Comfort, as it's name suggested, it is a restaurant aims to provide a causal environment to bring comfort ambiance and food to all diners.

Mayta Peruvian Kitchen, the exotic restaurant in Central, recently launches "Just for Lunch" with an great range of choices from their buffet table with desserts at only HKD118. If you are a hungry eater, you can also opt for main course for an additional HKD50! Seriously, a tiny box of salad with a small sandwich already cost you a hundred at Simply Life or Urban Bakery in Central, why not Mayta then for an even more freshly made salad?

Nosh - New Favourite Brunch Place!

Nosh is a new brunch place I found located over the corner at Upper Station street. The brunch menu is not extensive but has enough choices to pick from. All ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is great and the staffs are attentive. It was our first time brunching here but we already love it here.
