My first encounter with Stephen James Organics' Pili Nuts was at Giando's tasting brunch and I fell in love with it immediately. I never had nuts with the same texture as Pili nuts. What is most special about Pili nuts I reckon is how each and every one tastes slightly different. It gave me some surprises and joy when I am having them.
