Tapaella Grill - A Spanish Disappointment

Price: $$
Cravingness: ★★☆☆☆

There are cuisines that I would grow sick of, but definitely not Spanish! I went to Tapaella Grill in Kenny Town tonight. Tapaella Grill is a petite Spanish restaurant with simple furnishing and feels like a home run restaurant. I was expecting friendly and warm staff but staff here are quite cold. While I was also thinking a petite Spanish restaurant would not be too popular on Hau Wo Street, the night was actually full house, not to mention it was a rainy night.

CVCHE - Seafood, Oyster & Wine

CVCHE is a seafood, oyster and wine bar located in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong district. The name CVCHE has long captured my attention and I finally went tonight under the invitation of the house PR.

TAPAGRIA - Lively Tapas Restaurant & Bar

Cravingness: ★★★☆☆1/2

The Spanish fad has been going on for quite a while but the heat never stops. Tapagria, a recently opened tapas bar opened by Hong Kong actress Carina Lau (劉嘉玲) at The One Tsim Sha Tsui is expected to create a scene and takes a great share at the Market. A spanish food lover as I am, were excited about the opening and cannot wait to try.

[Macau] Casa de Tapas - My First Tapas Experience

Price: $$
Cravingness: ★★★★★

Whenever I go to Macau, I opt for Portuguese because the food is authentic there. This time I went to a new tapas restaurant called Casa de Tapas in Taipa, Macau.

Casa de tapas is set in a traditional Macanese shophouse in Taipa Village. If I was not guided to the restaurant, I might need some time figure my way there.

Fofo by El Willy - Best Served Last

Price: $$$
Cravingness: ★★★☆☆

It is restaurant week again, meaning a week of crazy dinning. Fofo by El Willy is the first restaurant I went this time. It is not my first time dining at Fofo by El Willy. I had it once last year for dinner at NY count down and it wasn't too amazing given its price. Since the 9 courses restaurant week menu looked interesting, I decided to give Fofo by El Willy another chance.

SML?

My first encounter with the name SML was when I saw the pink robot outside the restaurant, but knew nothing about what the name meant. Small, Medium, Large, in short SML represents the three portion sizes that are available in every dish they offer. Seemingly a very hip and conceptual restaurant. It stresses on the idea of Democracy which every type of eaters are equal, has the rights to be themselves and to make their own choices.
