Roundhouse is the first Taproom in Hong Kong that features 25 types of crafts beers on tap which some are exclusively offered to them. Apart from the craft beer, Roundhouse is also famous for their authentic Texas barbecue. As a big fan of Chef Austin Fry, I went to try the barbecue items here tonight.

Stack - Lovely Pancake Spot

Price: $$
Cravingness: ★★★★☆

Pancakes! I believe seeking the best pancake in town is always my on-going mission. Pancakes are breakfast essential to me, it could be a great brunch choice, but to be completely honest, I think it is more a breakfast thing than brunch thing. There are several pancakes shops in Hong Kong, but many opens at noon, serving only the lunch, brunch and dinner section. Stack, the pancake tapas bar founded by the twins Caleb and Joshua Ng, who are also behind Common Ground cafe, bringing pancakes into another level, pairing them with all kinds of meats, vegetables and fruits. Another plus point for Stack is that they open at 11am over the weekend, to cater the morning pancake crave! And there we went all the way to Sai Ying Pun just for Stack's pancakes.

Piccolo Pizzeria & Pub

Price: $$
Cravingness: ★★★☆

I dine at the Piccolo Pizzeria & Bar at Tai Hang from time to time as it is close to home. The food option at the Tai Hang store is quite limited, I have always known the other branches of Piccolo offer other dishes such as pasta but I have never had chance to pay a visit, Recently I was invited by Sam for a dinner gathering at the Piccolo at kenndy town along with a few foodie friends. Finally I got to try their pasta!

Beef & Liberty - Retry & Congrats for 2015 Bib Gourmand

Price: $$
Cravingness: ★★★☆☆1/2

First of all, a big congratulation to Beef and Liberty for being listed as the one and only Bib Gourmand burger restaurant on Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau 2015. If you read my previous preview on Beef & Liberty, I was upset about my burger being dry. I came back to Beef & Liberty under invitation as I was told Chef Neil Tomes improves his burgers' recipe from time to time. I wonder if my first was a bad time for Beef & Liberty, so I have to come back again.

Coffee Alley - Delicious Croissan'wich

Price: $$
Cravingness: ★★★☆☆1/2

Finally I got to try the Taiwanese coffee chain, Coffee Alley which landed in Hong Kong early last year 2013. While I was hoping the hype has gone down a bit after the opening of the Tsim Sha Tsui branch, I went to the Causeway Bay branch today and found out the queue was still crazy! I arrived 25 minutes before the cafe opened and to my very surprise, there was already a line of eager diners queuing along the stairs. Getting slightly worried, I counted the number of people ahead of me and looked up the available seating online and found 60 available. Phew...then I waited happily for the cafe to open, which they opened promptly at 12 noon.

85 South - Here Comes The Smokey Bird

Price: $$
Cravingness: ★★★★

I always go to 85 South whenever I have a barbecue crave. 85 South is consistent in their smoking technique which means it is pretty much assured that your meats are well seasoned and smoked. I missed their smoked turkey last year, so when I know they are smoking the bird again this year for Thanksgiving and Christmas, I was ecstatically happy. If you passed by 85 South in the coming weeks, I am sure you would be killed by the heavenly smokiness escaped from their kitchen!

Beef & Liberty - Dry Burgers

Price: $$
Cravingness: ★★☆☆☆

Among numerous burger restaurants in Hong Kong, Beef & Liberty is a popular choice known for great burgers. I had been longing to try the burgers here and held great expectation. I came over on a Sunday for brunch but the restaurant was packed. I waited around half an hour for a table for four. Not too bad giving its popularity.

Hailing from the success of their first restaurant at Tsim Sha Tsui, BBQ 7080 is now opened in Causeway Bay. Opened by Korean, this BBQ restaurant is meant to be authentic! Kowloon City is crowned for offering the best Thai food in Hong Kong. There are numerous Thai restaurants there and my favourite is the one called Cheong Fak. What style of afternoon tea are you? Grand? modern? classy or girly? If girly is your thing, you cannot miss the afternoon tea set at Tea Saloon by AnotherFineDay.

The tea saloon by AnotherFineDay is located in a peaceful neighborhood area at Mid-levels. I know, the location of Tea Saloon is not a welcoming one, but once you arrived the tea saloon, the stair climbing is worth it. The tea saloon is very eye catching with a lovely pastel purple wall in Victorian Style. You just cannot miss it!

Motorino - Delicious Neapolitan Pizza

Price: $$
Cravingness: ★★★★☆

I have always loved pizza. When I was young, I am a big fan of Pizza Hut and Dominos. Although I am still a big fan of Pizza Hut's cheese stuffed crust, I have gained expectation on Pizza as I grow older and so I am not too easily satisfied. Motorino, the pizzeria from Brooklyn that offers Neapolitan style pizza, is quite a nice option when it comes to pizza. The pizza quality at Motorino has caused a controversy here in Hong Kong. Let's see what I think!

Pak Lok Chiu Chow Restaurant - Divine BBQ Pork Bun

Price: $$
Cravingness: ★★★☆☆1/2

My mom wanted the bring baby Jacob out for lunch since they have not left home for the past three days. Carrying an infant baby to lunch did not give us too much option on a rainy day, so we opted for Pak Lok Chiu Chow at Times Square. Parking is available at Times Square so we don't need to worry about the baby getting wet.

[Nha Trang] Sunrise Nha Trang Sky Lounge

Price: $$
Cravingness: ★★★★☆

The Sky Lounge is a beautiful dome shaped lounge located on the top floor of  Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa. We paid a visit on the last night since we were busy doing nothing the previous nights. We came here mainly because we went for a nap, woke up at 10pm and found nowhere would still offer food at this late hour but the Sky Lounge. To our greatest surprises, the food here was actually amazing.

[Nha Trang] Sailing Club - Must Visit Vietnamese Restaurant in town!

Price: $$
Cravingness: ★★★★☆

My first impression of sailing club was "the touristy restaurant" where it got all these positive reviews from Trip Advisor, travelling guide etc, the western point of view if you know what I mean. Given the superior furnishing at Sailing Club, I naturally assumed it only has "the look". Anyhow I still went to pay a visit and it was surprisingly great! Sailing Club is a whole package and I will walk you through why in below paragraphs!
