New comfort food spot found near by my work area in Kowloon Bay! Actually it was quite far from my work place,so I have never heard of or been to the place. It is a small Chinese fast food shop in an alley in Ngau Tau Kok which could be easily missed if not paying attention.
This shop was famous for its deep fried chicken leg, so I ordered Chicken leg rice with a sunny side up, priced at HKD$ 38. As expected, my sunny side up was runny! Runny yolk always make rice taste nicer with a sweet taste and creamy texture. The deep fried chicken leg was up to expectation, with non-oily crispy skin and juicy meat. The tomato sauce was alright.
A complimentary bowl of soup of the day was given with the rice, which was nice since I did not think mine was a meal set. It was a soup made with carrots, sweet corns, chinese almond and pork bone. It was good.
The dish was good but was not amazing. I would have try more of their dishes if they aren't that far from my work place.
