Froyo Race Stop 10 ♥ Cherry On Top

When I started my Froyo race, there weren't really that many froyo stores in town. Since there are more and more opening nowadays, I do not have the incentive to try every single one out now. Yet I would definately try one if I pass any froyo store(given that I am not full).

I passed by Cherry On Top today and thought it was a new Berrygood branch. The decor was similar since it was all pink and white. I guess most froyo store are in pink and white colours then.

They charged the froyo by oz, which I personally reckon is a more ripped off strategy among all those froyo store. There were six different flavours today and they mentioned repeatedly the flavours will alter every now and then. The flavours were open for trial but I would like to stick to my original flavour and had two fruits topping among tens of colourful toppings.

$4.5/OZ, such a rip off.

My small cup of froyo with 2 toppings cost me $23, which was pretty expensive judging the froyo portion in my tiny cup. The froyo was extremely icy which gave me a brain freeze. When comparing with other froyo stores, Cherry On Top Froyo's taste was very special. The froyo taste was in comparison very sour, very light and fluffy which lack of the creamy and thick texture which others have. However it also lacked the dairy milk taste which I personally reckon is quite important for frozen yogurt. The fruit toppings on the other hand was very fresh. The strawberry and blueberry which in nature, rot easily were usually made frozen to keep them in fridge longer at store. However, fruits in Cherry On Top were all fresh and juicy! A big clap clap for that.

Although I might not be a big fan of it, I do recommend you to have a try, since the taste was quite special.
