Milk Top | Hokkaido Milk Pudding

I went passed Sogo today and decided to try Milk Top's Milk Pudding out. Last time I went, I tried their ice-cream out, but unfortunately wasn't my liking.

There are 3 flavours available for Milk Pudding at Milk Top. The original one is Milk, the cheese flavour and a chocolate flavoured which was newly introduced.


The appearance of the pudding was lovely, a transparent glass container covered with a creamy coloured plastic lid. The milk pudding has a very gelatinous texture which made it really bouncy. It was also rather thick mouthfeel. Although the pudding was not those extremely soft ones that slide down your throat the second you spooned in, the mouth feel of Milk Top's pudding was actually quite nice. Since you can chew a while before it got slide away.

Taste wise, it had a strong milk flavour and its delicious. It was only mildly sweet so it was a great dessert after dinner or a nice snack during the day.
