I believe this should be the newest froyo store in Hong Kong at the moment. I passed by the store when I was on my way to Burgeroom. I would say its location is rather awkward, 'coz there shouldn't be a lot of people passing by Irving Street.Yet it should get lots of free advertising as many buses usually drive by.
This froyo store was in white and purple tone. Together with its cow logo, it kind of gave me a Yomama-wanna-be impression. Within the store, there was only three stools and a table, so do not expect there would be space to sit in and have your froyo after the shop became well-known. Despite froyo, the store also provides cakes, cookies and smoothes.
My original flavoured froyo was topped with brownies, white chocolate and mochi. Holy Cow offered additional toppings like cinnamon ginger cookie crumbs and chocolate syrup for free! They were also giving a 10% discount to all of its customers for its new opening. My froyo was only $27, which was quite cheap.
Froyo - The texture was smooth but not tarty enough, it had a soft ice-cream texture like yogo. One drawback from not tarty enough was that it melted extremely quickly in the hot summer. Flavour wise, it didn't give much sourness, but fortunately it was not too sweet either. So flavour was good, texture was bad.
Toppings - The brownies were low fat ones,. (which the staff emphasized that three times until I gave him some response.) so they were not that sweet. The texture of the brownies were quite hard and dry, but not flakey. Both the white chocolates and mocchi were delicious. The mocchi was very chewy and was better than the mochi Bestberry Offers.
Overall, I personally think the froyo was not that nice, ranked around 5th or last among the six stores that I have visited. The texture of its froyo was too soft, it would be better if its texture can be as firm as Bestberry's. Another thing is I guess Holy Cow is trying to provides a wide range variety of toppings as Crumbs or Yogo, yet I sincerely hope they could focus more on the basis of Froyo, the Fresh Fruits first.

Froyo Counter
In Holy Cow, you could either choose one of the two Sundaes with preset toppings, or make your own choice. Holy Cow works like Yogo which its froyo were priced by $10/grams. There was no toppings menu at the froyo counter, so you could only make your choice at the last minute when you are at the topping counters. Holy Cow only offer original flavoured froyo at the moment and their toppings choices were limited. What was most unacceptable was that they had already sold out their fruit toppings at 3pm in the afternoon! I suppose froyo is an healthier choice to ice-cream, but the topping options Holy Cow offered were brownies, chocolate and biscuits? I understand they just started their business, so I hope they could stock more fruits from this day onwards. My original flavoured froyo was topped with brownies, white chocolate and mochi.
