Feeling really hungry after my normal my grapefruit dinner, I had an Alpen Light Apple & Sultana Bar to satisfy my stomach. As my purpose is to clear the remaining ingredients for my previous dieting, I reckon tiny bit amount of carbs would hurt much. Fewer than 70 calories a bar, Alpen Light still taste pretty good, very chewy and sticky yet a bit too sweet.
